We are on the hunt for someone who can help us build up our Instagram. We already have a solid foundation of content, multiple running channels and loads of ideas. We need someone to use this and turn our Instagram into the #1 page to follow for startup-related content in Hamburg.
This is an unpaid, part-time role to start.
It’s yours from day one, and can rapidly evolve into more responsibilities beyond Insta.

🎬 What you'd actually do
- Own found's Instagram end to end: Pictures, Reels, Stories
- Turn newsletter issues, podcast episodes and events into short-form content people stop scrolling for
- Test formats fast, double down on what works, kill what doesn't
- Film engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels.
- Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, pacing, and transitions that keep viewers watching.
- Bring fresh content ideas to the table and help turn everyday moments into entertaining, relatable content.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, sounds, and algorithm updates.
- Help develop a consistent content strategy and posting schedule.
- Review performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and day-in-the-life content during in-person filming sessions.
